Reservation Policy To complete the reservation process for a room, we ask that you provide a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay. Money can easily be deposited into our bank account.
Cancellation Policy If you cancel your booking 22 days before the date of arrival, your deposit will be refunded (although you will have to cover any additional costs).
If you cancel less than 21 days before the date of arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.
Customer Obligations Adding a double bed to a single bedroom will increase your required payment by 20%.
The remaining balance is to be paid immediately upon arrival at Hotel Kamelia.
In the event that you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, you are requested to pay 50% of the remaining value of the days for which you were scheduled in accordance with provisions in the law of Article 8 N1652/86/ GG 167 A.
