There is nothing to beat a really good breakfast for a fantastic start to your day. Mrs Aristea, the owner of the accommodation, carefully prepares the daily breakfast for her guests. Her choises depend on the seasonality of the raw materials and are based upon the purest products of the region. Our salads are always fresh, fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, lettuce, courgettes and particularly tasty Thassian olives. Most come from the Hotel's private garden.
The breakfast buffet is served between 08:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. It includes white and brown bread, which guests can toast according to their personal taste. Of course, don't miss the home-made jams and honey from local producers.
Our sweets, such as apple pie, halva with semolina and pancakes with honey are alternated and served on different days of the week. Certainly try not to miss from the breakfast buffet local delicacies such as courgette flower balls and lightly fried courgettes when in season.
